Pancake Breakfast
The Holyoke Winter Carnival will host a free Pancake breakfast from 9:00 to 11:30 a.m., Sunday March 3, at Dean Technical High School, in South Holyoke. Last year over 200 people attended the first Community Pancake breakfast, and the Winter Carnival committee is delighted that the event will be hosted this year by Dean Tech, under the direction of Chef Marty Fulwood and students from the Culinary program. The menu will include pancakes with fruit compote, sausages, juice, hot chocolate, and strong coffee.
